We’re essentially looking at a building south swell through Saturday.
Tiny tomorrow and early Sunday, with a good swell later in the day and Monday morning. Plenty more surf through next week.
Clean small waves tomorrow morning with a new SW groundswell building Sunday but with poor winds. Clean and peaking Monday morning with a stronger long-period SW groundswell for Wednesday afternoon.
Easing W/SW swell tomorrow, cleanest in protected spot down South. New swell for Sunday across both coasts with favourable north winds, cleanest down South Monday with a better SW groundswell pulse.
Weak easing mid-period W/SW swell energy tomorrow with some stronger groundswell for Sunday and from a better direction with size Monday morning. Favourable winds for the Surf Coast most of the period.
Besides mid-period energy over the coming days, generally small surf with better groundswells from Tuesday next week and into next weekend.

A long range E’ly groundswell mentioned in Monday’s notes is still a possibility for Friday, generated by a deep sub tropical low well south of Tahiti over the weekend.
This will generate a poorly aligned though somewhat punchy round of south swell for Southern NSW, arriving in two stages - the first sometime later Saturday morning across Sydney’s south facing beaches, with a second swell pushing through on Sunday.
