A couple of surf days, though only small on one, better over the weekend.
An increase in swell activity with a mix of swell directions on the way.
Windows of cleaner waves to end off the week as the swell continues to drop. Significant extra-large SW groundswell for early next week but will the winds co-operate?
Plenty of W/SW tending S/SW swell over the coming period with good winds for the South Coast. Large new swell next week.

We’re now well and truly on the backside of this recent run of prolonged southerly swell. The main casualty will be SE Qld, which - in the absence of any easterly swell - will see tiny conditions persist until the weekend. More in the Forecaster Notes.

So, the swell charts are flat-lined for the rest of the week. Though, the models had ~1ft surf for yesterday, and we ended up seeing occasional 3-4ft surf at south facing beaches. So, things aren’t always as they appear. More in the Forecaster Notes.
