Been a lot of focus on the East Coast lately as yet another oversized windswell erupted under darkened skies. Swell wise it's been an above average season. Yet all the while Australia's left coast has been making hay while the sun shines on another bluebird day.

South-west WA photographer Mick Gullan rattled off these shots last Friday amid another flurry of swell and good weather. The goofy in sequence is Bronte Macaulay.
