"I arrived in the pitch black to an empty car park and the moon setting on the horizon. I waited in the car for a good half an hour before I could see anything, then dodged a few land mines in the dunes and the plan was to only take a few photos and go shoot some mates in the water at another lesser-known beach. But there was so many good ones coming through I couldn't bring myself to leave!

The whole time there was not one surfer in sight, just a few fishos."
