Jack Dekort has been on the job the last few weeks. Undeterred by the lack of real swell he swam around in the shorebreak at Yaroomba and managed to capture a few shots of his mates in some tasty pits. Never mind the size, check the shape.

Then on the weekend when the first swell of the season wrapped around the Noosa points Jack perched himself amongst the pandanus to fire off a couple of frames for us. And with the tradewind belt starting to fire up the next week looks like being a good one for Sunny Coast surfers and photographers alike.// STUART NETTLE
