Just over ten years ago one of the best swells in living memory hit the East Coast. The July 2001 swell has entered the annals of folklore and the Hunter region recorded some of the best waves during that swell. On the weekend - exactly 10 years after the event - another large, clean and powerful swell hit the East Coast and the Hunter region once again pumped.
