Ain't nothing like a succesful out of town mission.

On Sunday, photographer Toby Manson and sidekick Sam Jones set the alarm early, scarfed a bowl of ceral and hit the highway before sunrise. Their window of opportunity was limited; an early seabreeze was threatening.

After a few hours driving they arrived to a full carpark. This wave, you see, ain't unknown. It was kinda crowded, and kinda slow at times too, but fortunately for the young adventurers the wind stayed at bay and for a few hours they saw enough to make the trip worthwhile.

Sam jagged a few bombs, even got dropped in on by a local photographer/bodyboarder who sports a funny haircut. Meanwhile Toby reeled off the photos you see here.
