Ten years ago a man with a strange name created a website which gave the general bodyboarding public its first faceless voice. Rabi, a Western Australian techno wiz looked into the future and saw the need for an online bodyboarding community via this new thing called The Internet and Fluidzone was born.

For a long time his site was the biggest bodyboarding website in the world and lead the way for all the tech savvy websites, blogs and twittering ways of our industry today.

So on the ten year anniversary of Fluidzone I am very proud to head up the new website and push the go button on a totally new site. Our big brother, Swellnet, that a lot of you already know and use for daily surf forecasts and reports, are behind the relaunch of the site.
