After an epic week of waves Carissa Moore beat Sofia Mulanovich to win the Commonwealth Bank Beachley Classic. By doing so she claimed US$40 000 prize money and first place on the Womens ratings.

The finals were held in excellent 3- 4 feet waves at Dee Why Point and local photographer, John Clark, was on hand to capture the action.
