You have been automatically logged out, because someone else has logged in with your username.
We allow two devices per person, so if you're using a home and office computer then it should be fine.
i hot desk at work and it affects me occasionally (usually when it's pumping!). but signing in takes ~10 seconds which isn't that long (but longer than your longest barrel i spose!)
I have a tablet and a laptop and have just started to to get a message saying I have two people logged on but I have only 2??? How do I fix this?
No, that was me. I actually use a computer at work, as well as at home. Two different IP ranges, unsurprisingly.
Other course other people, not knowing this, might panic when they see that message. Me personally: it's annoying because it's wrong.
