no tide info on the Torquay site

Sorry for the tide data issue. We've recently discovered that the BOM have changed their tide data feeds (which we weren't made aware of, as we had an older tide product from them), and are now having to recreate and reconfigure our entire location database, because of this new format (they have significantly increased the number of tide locations, which is a good thing).

We've been working on this for the last few days and hope to have it rectified ASAP. Thanks for your patience.
