Mollymook camera.
The Mollymook surfcam was decommissioned a couple of months ago. It had been in need of hardware replacement for some time, and after reviewing its traffic over the last six years, we decided it wasn't worth the upgrade.
Surfcams are expensive little buggers to run, so instead of upgrading Mollymook we chose to install new surfcams at a bunch of new locations (ie Cronulla, Maroubra, etc).
Apologies for the inconvenience. Hopefully we'll be able to look at installing a new surfcam somewhere on the South Coast in the future.
hi there i was just wondering what has happened to Mollymook Beach surf cam..??
I have recently moved away from the coast to the middle of no-where, Leeton and it was the only thing keeping me sane was seeing the familiar waters of Mollymook.. i know the camera has not been working for a while but was hoping that it would be fixed..
Can anyone help??
