Every time I start up Swellnet I get a window that say "Surf Tracker could not contact central server to check for updates" with an OK button which I press and get on with my search. I wonder what the hell this is all about. Does anyone know?
We're not sure what the error message is Deisler, I'll see if I can find out.
The Surf Tracker is scheduled to be overhauled once we get some time free - hopefully we'll be able to get rid of this and a few other bugs I am also aware of.
Ben, I can confirm the same error message when the surf tracker starts up. Same message when you 'check for latest version'. Click OK and it goes.
Otherwise I'm attached to the widget and am looking forward to upgrade. suggest being able to customize location for tides, windstation, maybe temps even..... when you get some time
