If you're looking for some extra incentive to procrastinate through the work day today, check out the webcast of the Cold Water Classic - currently being broadcast live by the Swellnet webcast team, from Lighthouse Beach, 20km south of Marrawah, Tasmania (ie the middle of nowhere!).
Matt and the team are doing an incredible job - not only are they getting a great feed out from an extremely remote part of the country, they're doing so under incredibly hard conditions - long hours battling strong onshore winds, driving horizontal rain into the webcast tent and freezing cold temperatures.
Martin Potter, Sam Lamiroy and Toby Martin have been providing some entertaining commentary too - the live scoring system is down due to the wind and rain, so they've decided to score the surfers themselves off the back of a magazine.
