Sad to hear of the passing this week of Harald Steinmann, he was one of those surfers that made Indo his home and surfing his life and lived to charge an amazing surfer and tube rider almost always the best surfer in the water, and a nice guy too, I'm sure he will be missed by many.

Shit, really?

I did a trip with him years ago, then bumped into him again at an unlikely spot. Great guy and I enjoyed his company.

Yeah sadly true, paddle out Sunday in Bali 4:30 @ Padang Padang.

Believe he passed away in Switzerland.

Sadly another one passed away this week DAK a bit of a local icon, keen surfer artist and a quiet a character.

If you have surfed Woolamai you would have seen him and his panel van or van, he also use to spend a lot of time during winter up the coast mostly at Burleigh where he often stayed on point with friends.
