Hi everyone,

Here at we aim to give everyone the right tools and knowledge to make their own surfboard, and simplify the whole process with easy to follow guides.

We're still a new business, and just getting off the ground. And would love to get your thoughts and answer any questions about the process.

If you're interested, drop us a line on the website, we'd love to have a chat!

Kind regards.

Interesting Udo..
Theres a few opening up at the moment, they will have to get their logistics right to send to customers, DG shipping for resins, blank couriers, etc..

When I first started years ago I had to pull strings to get Dangerous goods shipping, as the couriers wouldn't touch resin packages coming from a small businesses, I had to do a DG handling licence, and blanks that's another story!!

Its not easy. Also futures/fcs doesn't want every man and their dog selling their plugs online as they don't want wrong advice given out on installs. We have seen guys loose their accounts by trying to sell without approval (they can always sell the the fakes china boxes I suppose..)

Australia is a very small market of board builders so only the best will survive.

I reckon there should be a thread started showing the end results of "createyourownboard" projects. There'll be some stories to tell there I reckon.

Hi Mate.
Random feedback if I may:)
I would have liked to have a play before having to "sign up". Give a little bit more of the experience away before I give you my personal details.
The Idea sounds intriguing.
Good luck
