I'm a university student in Queensland, Australia. I'm currently doing some research into surfboard manufacturing techniques and materials. I'd love to get a bit of feedback about how these impact the surfing community, from all levels of surfers both in Australia and globally.
If it's ok I'll post a link to my survey (Survey Monkey), which has 10 straightforward questions. Please let me know if this is not ok and I'll remove the post!
Thanks in advance!
happy to help by giving you feedback on some alternate materials work, we have developed some that work as well as normal materials used. check it out at sanded.com.au and if you do want some more detail give us an email there.
Hi Ross, glad to know that there's someone here who could share research information (I've a PhD research to finish in September). As I've some additional time (I lost my part-time job), I need to stop procrastinating and start doing something. Any ideas what surfboard-making workshops can give their comments on the environmental sustainability?
