Hypto krypto....5 foot6 got last month........not great for carving turns esp in slower waves, maybe work with a round tail ? However it does plane over the flat section well. Paddles well and gets you into the wave early, when the wave walls up you can put it anywhere you like, and small subtle variations to your weight ensures you easily maximise your time in the tube. Bottom turns are not so much a carve but a turbo boost into the next section, which feels real nice. An all rounder ? not if you want to do carving bottom turns then top turns with a nice spray job, or carving roundhouse cutties. Its fast,sensitive and hangs in tight .Its a different board and I am enjoying where it is taking me
