Probably over due for that place, it's not like they rushed into it. They have had a major problem for a while there.

Not typically in favor of culling, unless its introduced species ie. rabbit, foxes etc. did a quick google search and it really seems a bit reactionary to cull. It's unfortunate that people have died, but, it is the ocean afterall. read numbers of 45 bull and 45 tiger sharks to go...which slightly of topic... makes me think its good that the sharks are breeding and living well there, and who the [email protected]#$ comes up with a specific number like that thinking it'll make what sort of difference for what outcome. 44 isn't enough? 46 too many? is there only 45 of each there big enough? Who counted them?

Sharks may cause tourism issues there, but wouldn't a smart person then sell the place as 'shark tourism'. people go in droves to SA to 'swim' with them(in cages)

am i the only one that thinks this way But ..... sharks live in the ocean its there home , therefore should we not just leave them alone ? its our choice to go into the ocean after all .
