Apps only opening half the time

I’m frustrated by paying for a service that only opens 50% of the time. Is anyone else having trouble opening the swellnet app?

I have been having issues with the iOS app for the past week or so on iOS 13.3/iPhone 6s. Not sure if it is the same issue as above, but it just gives a white screen when I open the app.

I first saw the issue last week. I deleted the app and it worked ok for a few days while I wasn't logged in. When I logged in today, and closed and re-opened the app, the white screen came back.

Before that I have had quite a few issues with the login details, and favourite locations being lost, but they were manageable given how good the forecasts are. But now I can't use the app at all :(

I can login to and use the website version OK.

Yes same tip-top1, I've been having the same white screen issue for a fair while now. It used to be intermittent but now I have to turn my phone off then on to get the app to load up properly.
Works fine on desktop computer...
