Best part I think was the technology and capability of mapping reefs in a two dimensional manner and then being able to formulate a three dimensional picture of the entire ecosystem in a particular region.
As stated, then you can apply an economical and environmental value, which is an arbitrary tool of power in which ever way we need to tackle human induced damage to ecosystems and hold countries accountable. AW
