This week and weekend (Jan 2 - 7)
There's still no really surfable swells due across our region over the coming week, while as we move into the weekend, a poor fetch of N/NE winds developing in our north-eastern swell window doesn't look too significant.
This fetch will be a little hit and miss, weak and with no real structure so we'll be lucky to see any surf above 1-2ft Sunday as a S'ly change moves through.
This change looks to bring a small weak S'ly windswell for Monday but with S/SE winds. Beyond this there is some light on the horizon with a possible Tasman Low forming off our coast, but more on this Wednesday.
