3/4 update: NBN finally visited today, and confirmed the technical problem wasn't at our end - it's in their infrastructure - so they're going to try to fix it ASAP. Apologies for the inconvenience (again, this issue is completely out of our hands).

23/2: We're experiencing intermittent NBN outages at the moment (our data connection is going offline at night, and coming back early afternoon). We are trying to resolve the problem with our ISP - apologies for the inconvenience.
