We’re now on the backside of the primary event, however the Tasman Low is still humming nicely and there’s plenty of energy to come - albeit from a few new sources, both of which are not aimed favourably into our region. But we will see plenty of waves throughout the forecast period.
Building E/NE groundswell tomorrow, easing Friday with offshore winds, with some S'ly swell for Saturday and more south swell next week.
Good SW groundswell tomorrow with offshore winds, small Friday morning ahead of a late kick in new swell, peaking Saturday and large across Clifton with offshore winds. Another large swell for Monday.
Onshore winds with a bit of swell around Perth tomorrow, bumpy and wind affected to the south. New S/SW groundswell Friday, cleaner as it eases Saturday. Small surf next week.
Friday is looking much better with a new ridge of high pressure swinging winds around to a moderate W/NW. This should groom the beaches nicely with the combo of E’ly and S’ly swells.

This suggests the Gold/Tweed Coast buoys are outliers and we’ve got plenty more swell ahead for the entire region.
