The horse man of Bondi - photos
He's a 500th generation Huanchaco fishermen. He can build a caballito (translated as 'little horse') in one hour. And this morning he built a little horse and went surfing at Bondi.
Carlos Ucanan Arzola, otherwise known as 'Huevito', is the foremost proponent of the world's oldest style of surfing. Caballitos are made from totora reeds and have been used by Peruvian fishermen and traders for 5,000 years.
