rid of surfcam adds with Icecat browser, mostly standard configuration !
of course with most recent flashplayer,
configure show windows and tabs from last time,
have to be logged out,
1. select required surfcam, it won't play, just continuous loading,
quit browser, restart,
continuous surfcam play, no adds
for another surfcam GOTO 1.
Firefox doesn't avoid the webcam adds
It now comes up invalid license key on first opening Icecat browser for the day.
Select a webcam, quit and restart,
it's now working more consistently than it did,
whatever got changed helped Icecat, 0 adds

Spyblock addon ? seems to block some components of JW Player
