Gold Coast Trip
Can be a good time to pass thru.Water temps drop so you will need rubber with cold offshores prevailing.Just south around the tweed the swell is a little more consistent with the south swells but the good news is we normally get one cracker of a large swell in July.If theres a few shark sightings at the points you might be able to jag a wave or two (LOL).Good luck.
Well if the past few days are a sign of what's to come this winter should be a awesome season of waves.. Bring on the East swells and not the south
Hi guys, wondering if anyone could fill me in. Heading to the Gold Coast late June/ early July just want to know what the waves are like that time of year on average (consistent, inconsistent, big, small)? just that never been up there that time of year before. Water temp wise I'm assuming a springy would be sufficient?
Cheers :)
