My prediction - If Biden wins there will be some unrest and protests, if Trump wins, especially if its an electoral college victory the rioting and arson will hit fever pitch.

Rental vacancies In their major cities (NY, SF, LA) will continue to climb, property prices will continue to fall and the current self destruction happening in these cities will just accelerate.

Hunter Biden’s recent email leak, which the FBI, DOJ and department of National Security have said is not fake, directly implicate Joe Biden getting financial kickbacks through the abuse of the political influence that the Biden name carries. Why this isn’t all over the news is beyond me. Actually no it isn’t, it’s because media publishers (yes publishers) like Twitter and Facebook are actively censoring these stories despite the fact that they come with solid proof. All the major TV news outlets besides FOX are dead quiet about it. I am a left leaning, individual liberty type and this double standard and countless others is nothing more than overt prejudice and leaves me feeling sick with anger and I am not even a US citizen.
I think the disenfranchised middle class Americans are higher in numbers and far angrier than in 2016, and are sure as hell going to be waiting early at the booths to register their vote. Like 2016, the polls are failing to measure these people accurately because they do not want to be counted in these rubbish polls so they do not partake in them.
