I wouldn't say those comments represent the whole forum..You have to give the guy some , no,,actually a fair bit of respect for charging big waves , and I didn't really care about the gofundme page ,or him , until I saw on the video of him basically asking for recompense { meaning.. give money or its equivalent in return for something and also implies the discharge of an obligation incurred} for his good deeds and so called acts of redemption. Asking for help is one thing, guilt tripping people you claim to have helped into forking out is another.

Ive had amazing and personal experiences with Jesus the Christ. Many years ago I met this guy Ian also and his story is a really good one..
the watch..He is one of many thousands who have had these experiences. Remember the universe is a big place and we are all passing through the earth at different stages of development. God is very loving and patient and His natural world special to Him. He has laws of nature and the environment that he is very serious about and yet we continually throw them back in His face with reckless abandon. Israels presentation of the first chapter of Romans is a bit boof heady. The warnings are clear but a good dad steers his children in the right direction purely through love, because He knows whats best for them.
I'd prefer to live my physical life as a good person and hopefully enjoy it while I'm passing through. Anything else is out of my hands.

Must say that I don't agree with the way Folau communicated his message, and definitely don't agree with the crowfunding thing.
No complaints about Jesus but his followers have not been doing a great job. The Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, oh yeh and it was decent Christians who created colonies here, there and everywhere which destroyed so many indigenous cultures.
In terms of genuine Christianity I seem to remember that when a woman was caught in adultery and about to be stoned to death Jesus said "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone." Well Folauu and his ilk throw plenty of stones and I am damn sure they are not without sin. End.
