Che Chorley went trawling last week. Trawling back through his hardrive and this is what he landed: a bagful of photographs, some old, some real old, with no common theme save they were all taken in South Australian waters. Those that caught his eye went into the attache and onto public viewing.

South Australia was another state that pumped during Easter, even the much maligned Mid Coast got in on the act (view gallery). Yet if the Mid Coast is pumping then it's a given that South Oz' other coasts will be off the hook.
Che Chorley knows this and clocked up the highway miles during a recent trip. In the course of his holiday Che managed to surf every...well, almost every, good wave in the state. OK, that's still a stretch, South Oz is a wave drenched place after all.

The Quik Pro France wound up yesterday with Brazilian prodigy, Gabriel Medina, scoring his maiden tour win. It's an overused term but the Quik Pro really did have a changing of the guard feel with tour greenhorns such as Medina and Julian Wilson showing a stunning array of aerial moves. Curiously, Taylor Knox, with his surface-based attack still made the semis, but nevertheless the future tour template was there for all to see, especially in the Medina vs. Wilson final.
