Going into the French leg it appeared the surf wasn't going to co-operate for what's a highly anticipated leg of the tour. If the surfers weren't bunkered down by long days of onshores, then they were teased by small clean days that only served to show how good the banks were if or when the swell arrived

For two days last week the conditions lined up with the remnants of an Atlantic low running up against light winds and great sand. And two days is all it took to put the icing on an edit like this one from the Quik team.
